Bart Bryant is a singer song writer and guitarist extraordinaire, Bart's powerful and fluid vocals and mesmerizing guitar style has sustained his career for over 3 decades.
Bart began his career in earnest in the mid 70's opening up for national R&B acts including his first professional gig opening for BT Express. In the 80's Bart performed throughout the Tri-State area and New England with his group "Current”. The group performed up until 1988 when he released his first independent CD, "Revolution in the Puppet House" which received great reviews, and led to his debut performance on MTV in November of '89. In '92 Bart relocated to Austin, TX performing live on Sixth Street, and the throughout the Southwest, while recording his second CD "BART" with Austin producer George Coyne.
After the success of this project, Bart collaborated with Houston blues legend Curt Commander. The release of "Commander~Bryant" led to Curt and Bart receiving regular airplay on radio stations throughout Europe and Asia. In 2001 Bart returned to NYC, and is currently performing to support his latest release" Feel Thing", and is in studio recording new songs with producer Aaron Stone.
